Match: AIS v Gold Coast

AIS hosted Gold Coast United youth at the AIS track in canberra on saturday morning.
From the first whistle the AIS seemed to dominate the match and were unlucky not to go ahead with good wing play. 6 minutes from half time AIS got their just deserves with good link up play from Patrick Dixon sliding the ball through to Stephen Domenici who skillfully turned his marker and calmly slotted the ball home.
However its a game of two halfs and some tactical changes from the Gold Coast seemed to upset the AIS style of play.
United started to pile on the pressure and would have been level if it wasnt for the AIS keeper Aaron Lennoz with 2 great saves. It was end to end stuff with Gold Coast seeming the stronger and they equalised in the dying minutes of regular time with a long range strike from a United substitute.
